Membership The CFN Annual Membership Fee is $25 per family. Sponsoring Membership is available for $35 to those who are able to support CFN beyond the regular dues. (Scholarships are available to those who qualify.) Membership runs one full year from July 1 through June 30. At this time, CFN is not able to offer a rolling or prorated membership option. CFN depends on membership fees in order to support a wide range of largely-free services to all member families. Thank you for your understanding and your continued support! To join or renew, please print copies of our 2009-2010 CFN Membership form and Hold Harmless Agreement (see links below). Then mail these completed forms, along with a check for $25 ($35 Sponsoring) made payable to the Concord Family Network, to Concord Family Network, c/o Anne Remington, 56 Hill Street, Concord, MA 01742. Please note that we are unable to consider your membership complete until we have received your signed Hold Harmless Agreement.
